Is Yuplee really free?

Yes. Online booking, your calendar and your client database are free, and they stay that way. There is no subscription and you don't need a card number to start.

When do I pay, then?

Only when you switch the AI on and it books an appointment for you. Then you pay 2.5% of the treatment value, and a lower rate above €5,000 a month. If it books nothing or you switch it off, you pay nothing. You can try the tool on the free page yourself.

When do you ask for a payment method?

Only at the moment you switch the AI on. Not before.

Am I locked in?

No. No subscription, no minimum. Switch the AI off and everything just keeps working for free.

Is Yuplee booking software or salon management?

Both. Your clients book online, and you manage your calendar, team, clients and checkout in one place.

How can my clients book?

Through a booking module on your website, a link or a QR code. You decide how far ahead and how late before the appointment they can book. And of course you can add an appointment yourself, for a client on the phone or at the front desk.
